In this article we are going to cover-

  1. Setting up your workflows

  2. Store credit reminders

  3. Setting up your store assets

  4. Let your customers know!

If you are more of a video person, Sam from our customer success team has got you covered! You can learn more about this topic in this video-

✔Setting up your Workflows

In your Workflows tab in the Rise dashboard, you can find all the different workflows built for you to choose from.

These workflows represent the different reward programs you can create and the different conditions you can apply in order for your customers to receive rewards. You can also create your own workflow according to your specific preferences.

So, create and activate the workflows that most fit your brand’s requirements, and launch your loyalty program!

We have in-depth explanations on how to set up each workflow, you can check them out here for more information.

✔Setting up store credit reminders

Store credit reminders send a reminder email to your customers of the store credit they have left in their account. This is super important for reminding them to come back to your store and spend the store credit they have!

You can set up the reminders in your Emails tab under 'Store Credit Reminders'

Learn how to do so here.

✔Setting up your store assets

Now it’s time to set up your Rise store assets that will help your customers engage and interact with your loyalty program.

In your Rise dashboard go to your Loyalty assets tab and set up the following-

✔Rewards Widget

The rewards widget allows easy access to your store’s loyalty promotions and to your customer’s store credit balance.

Learn how to set this up here.

✔Account module

This button appears in your customers' account when they are signed in.

It allows your customers to easily access their loyalty card code and their store credit balance.

Learn how to set this up here.

✔Check balance page

This page helps your customers that don’t have an account check their store credit balance

Learn how to set this up here.

✔Rewards page

The Rewards Page acts as an alternative to the Rewards Widget, providing you with a platform to advertise and explain your rewards program to your customers.

Learn how to set this up here.

✔One-click apply button

This button allows your customers to easily apply their store credit to their order and creates a “no-code” experience that is fast and straightforward.

For Shopify Plus merchants, this code will also appear at checkout-

You can learn how to set this up here.

✔Let your customers know!

Now that you set up a brand new loyalty program, you’ve got to let your customers know about it!

You can inform your customers through social media and through your newsletter.

We also highly recommend advertising your store promotions on your home page.
