What are the workflow triggers:

The workflow triggers are different options to initiate a flow on which you can reward/segment your customers. 

How to select a trigger to initiate a workflow:

  • Once choosing to create your own workflow, you will be automatically presented the option to select a trigger from the triggers list.

Possible triggers:

  • Order Paid: the workflow will be activated when the payment is captured.

  • Account Created: the workflow will be activated when an account has been created at your store, this refers to the regular Shopify account.

  • Successful referral: when a customer refers a friend, and then the friend creates a purchase. You can use our pre-made Workflow to easily set this up. 

  • Review created: this initiates the flow once a review is created through one of the review platforms we are integrated with.

Note:

  • You can only use one trigger in each workflow, with multiple conditions and actions.
