In this article, you will find:

  1. How to adjust your Gift Card email settings in the Rise dashboard

  2. How to adjust your Store Credit email settings in the Rise dashboard

If you would like to understand how to customize the design of your emails from within the Email section, please check out this article.

How to adjust your email settings in the Rise dashboard:

Go to your dashboard, click on the "Emails" tab:

In this tab, you are able to view all the emails Rise.ai will send for your store. The toggle on the left side indicates the status of the email (activate vs. inactive).

You will notice a number of emails include a lock icon in the toggle. This indicates that the email cannot be disabled as it includes essential information that will hinder the app's functionality.

Gift Card Emails:

The 3 emails with the "(sending method)" label are directly linked to the settings of your Gift Card popup. If the settings are activated or deactivated, so will the status of the email, and vice versa.

Once you deactivate 2 of the 3 options, you will see a lock appear on the third. You are required to include at least one sending method in the Gift Card popup.

Please note that when you activate a Email/SMS integration, the option to activate it will appear at the top of the page. Upon activating the integration, all emails to be sent via the integration will be hidden from the Rise dashboard.

To see how to activate your Email/SMS integration for Gift Cards, please see this article.

Store Credit Emails:

You are able to disable the "Welcome" email by clicking on the toggle, however, the "Store Credit received" and "Refund" emails cannot be deactivated.

If you have any questions about the setup or process, feel free to reach out to our support team at [email protected].
