How to integrate your Narvar & Rise integration

The Rise & Narvar integration

The Rise and Narvar integration enables you to issue Rise.ai store credit as part of the Narvar returns process.

With this integration a new refund method is added to your store, which is the store credit refund option. This credit is issued to customers' loyalty cards along with any other store credit they may have already accumulated previously.

    Merchants are now able to seamlessly manage both the physical returns process and reimbursement to the customer, creating happy shoppers and retaining revenue that may have been lost.

How to activate the Narvar integration

1. Go to your Shopify admin -> Open Apps -> Open the Rise.ai app

2. On your Rise dashboard, go to the Integrations tab and activate the Narvar integration. When you click on the toggle, a pop-up will appear (see screenshot below):

3. Click “copy token” and provide this to your Narvar Account Manager, who will complete the integration process between the two apps.

Setting up the front-end once activated

1. From within your Narvar dashboard, set up a Returns page containing a link to your Narvar refund form URL.

Narvar App -> Settings -> Branding -> account

2. Your customer needs to insert the order number according to Narvar conditions, and select which item to return depending on the number of items.

3. The Rise.ai dashboard will show the store credit amount, and the source will be Narvar return.
