How it works

Rise’s different plans are based on total monthly store orders as well as features. Basically, the higher the plan, the more features and store orders included in the plan.

Our pricing is based on total store orders, as Rise provides a complete customer engagement solution (including gift cards, loyalty programs, refund solutions, and more). Therefore, the pricing is based on an estimate of how much you will use our app, dependent on the size of your store.

Of course, our pricing is adjusted to ensure that you have a much higher return than what you pay!

What counts as a store order?

A store order is any order created in your store, including orders that don’t use gift cards.

What happens if you pass the monthly order limit?

If you pass the monthly order limit, you will be charged a fee for every order over the limit of your plan. The fee for each order over the limit changes according to the plan you are on.

The monthly subscription fee is charged regardless of whether you pass the store order limit or not. Meaning, if you exceed the order limit for your plan, there will be an additional fee on top of the monthly charge. If you are on the annual subscription, you will be charged for the orders over your limit on a monthly basis and not on an annual basis.

For example, the ‘Small Business’ plan includes 400 monthly store orders with a charge of $0.15 for every additional order over 400. If you are on this plan, and received 500 store orders in the past month, you will be charged an extra 0.15x100= $15.

When does the order count start?

We begin counting your store orders from the day you install Rise. You will be charged one month after installation for the orders that exceeded the limit in the month you were installed. Following this, you will be charged for the extra orders you have each month. Of course, if you don’t have extra orders that month, you won’t be charged the extra fee.

Following the previous example:

  • A customer installs Rise on the monthly Small Business plan on August 15th.

  • The customer has a 7-day trial.

  • The customer received 500 orders through August 15th to September 15th.

In this case, the customer will be charged the monthly fee on August 22d (after the free trial ends) and will be charged $15 for the extra orders on September 15th.

Monthly vs Annual Subscriptions

In the monthly subscription, you will be charged a recurring fee each month.

The annual subscription is a once-a-year upfront payment charged at the beginning of each year you use Rise (for the first year, you will be charged after the 7-day free trial). If you choose the annual subscription, you will be charged a discounted fee, which can be up to a 20% discount compared to the monthly subscription

What happens if you uninstall?

Uninstalling from the monthly plan- when uninstalling from the monthly plan, we will stop charging you immediately. Note that if you were already charged, and left in the middle of the month, you will still be charged for the entire month.

Uninstalling from the annual plan- if you uninstall within the first month of the annual plan, we will issue a refund on the annual fee, minus one month of use. After that, we will not issue a refund for the annual fee.
