When your customers will receive emails via Rise (Store Credit emails, Gift Card emails), the name of your store will be the sender of the mail and the message will be sent from a Rise.ai email.

Meaning that this is how it will look like to your customers -

To change the name your customers see, go to your account settings by pressing your store’s name on the top of your Rise dashboard-

Then, enter the desired store name in the ‘Shop Name’ box-
