In this article you will find:
- How your customers can check their Store Credit balance through the account page.
- How your customers can check their Store Credit balance through a check balance page.
*Please notice, the check balance page is only available from 'Small-Business' plan and above
Checking Store Credit balance can be done in two ways:
- Through your customers' account page:
Account page==>Store Credit button:
At the account page, click the Store Credit button. A pop-up will appear, containing the current Store Credit balance of the customer.
Example: A customer with a Loyalty Card
A customer can add a gift card he received, by clicking on 'Add Store Credit'. The gift card balance will be added to the loyalty card balance.
After adding a gift card to a loyalty card, the gift card will be automatically disabled, and a note will be added to the gift card with the merge details.
You can customize your account page through your Rise dashboard=>Store Assets:

If a customer is signed in, they can also see their balance in our Rewards Widget:
2. Check Balance page:
For customers without an account, you can add this page to your top or bottom menu through your dashboard==>Store Assets:
After creating and customizing the page, you'll be able to see it on your Shopify Admin==>Pages.
You can then add it to your main menu or footer menu through your Shopify Admin==>Navigation.
