Rise.ai & Loop Subscriptions Integration

Once Rise.ai is integrated with Loop Subscriptions, customers can seamlessly redeem their Rise store credits on subscription orders—helping drive higher retention and customer satisfaction.

The integration enables to display store credit balances within the Loop customer portal, allowing customers to choose how much of their available balance they’d like to apply toward an upcoming subscription charge. Once store credit is redeemed, the balance updates automatically, ensuring customers always track of their current available stored credit.

2. Click on 'View account ID' to view and copy the account ID.

3. Click on 'Generate API key' to generate and copy the API key.

Make sure to name your API key - "Loop subscriptions"

4. Head over to your Loop app dashboard and navigate to Tools & apps > Apps > RiseAi and click on Connect.

5. Under set-up instructions tab, paste the RiseAi account ID and API key and add "Rise Store Credit" in the discount title under configurations section. This discount title will be visible to the customer when they redeem store credits on their upcoming subscription order.

6. Click on Connect. The credits widget will be visible to the subscribers on Loop customer portal. Customers can click on their Store Credit balance button and choose how much of their available credits they would like to redeem on the upcoming order and click Apply.

7. The remaining next order price will be updated based on the store credit applied. The store credit can be removed or edited by clicking on Rise Store Credit button under the Discount code section.
