  3. How does the quick apply button work?

Note: when testing the Quick Apply button - do not use your Wix account email address. We recommend testing it by creating a new user with an email address that is not related to your account.

The “Quick Apply” button

This button will appear on your checkout page and display the loyalty balance for signed-in customers who already have a Rise.ai store credit wallet.

It allows them to apply their credit to the current purchase.

After clicking the Apply button, the store credit will automatically be reduced from the total order price:

Implementing the button through the Rise.ai dashboard

When you first open the Rise.ai app after installation, a pop-up will appear prompting you to install the Quick Apply widget.

To proceed, click ‘Add Plugin’ to install the widget.

If you decide not to implement the widget immediately, a notification will remain visible at the top of the Rise.ai dashboard:

To add the Quick Apply button to your store, simply click ‘Add Widget’.

Once the process is completed, a success notification will appear as a confirmation:

The button is now live on your site!

How it works

The Quick Apply button will only appear when the customer is logged into their account, if they have an assigned wallet within the Rise.ai dashboard, and it has an outstanding balance.

By clicking the button, the store credit code will be automatically inserted into the textbox, and the amount due will be adjusted to reflect the applied store credit.

Please note that a customers without credit in their wallet will not see the Apply button in the checkout page.
