The Campaign Performance tool helps you measure the effectiveness of all Reward Campaigns you've created in Rise, so you can optimize your campaigns and increase your workflow productivity.
With this tool, you can track customer engagement with store credit and gift cards.
Bulk Gift Card & Loyalty Campaign Performance
To view the performance of your bulk gift card and loyalty campaigns, go to your Rise Dashboard -> Store credit -> Create gift cards in bulk -> Click 'Performance' for any of your campaigns:

You have the option to filter the data for specific dates (please note that tracked data metrics are available as of May 1st, 2021):
On this page you can find the following metrics:
Revenue - Total revenue from the campaign (store credit used amount + upsell from each transaction using store credit)
Credit Upsell - Total upsell from the campaign (cart value of orders using store credit / gift card minus store credit / gift card amount used)
Credit Redeemed - Amount of store credit / gift card redeemed
Codes created - The number of gift cards / loyalty cards created in the specific campaign
Codes used - The number of gift cards / loyalty cards created in this specific campaign that have been used
AOV - The average cart value of orders generated using store credit / gift card
