How to issue store credit for a specific order on your Wix dashboard

To issue store credit for a specific order, enter the Orders tab on your Wix dashboard and follow these instructions:

  • On a specific order page, Click 'More Actions':

  • Click on 'Issue Store Credit':

  • After clicking on Issue Store Credit, a window will pop up, where you will need to define the amount you want to issue, and define several other preferences:

    • Add an internal note which will be added within the Rise dashboard (optional)

    • Choose whether to set an expiration date of the issued store credit or not

    • Choose whether to notify the customer by email or not


Where to see the store credit which was issued for an order

To see the store credit you have issued from the order within your Wix dashboard, enter your Rise.ai dashboard and go to 'Store Credit' -> 'Customer Wallets'. There, you'll find the relevant customer wallet:
